Thank goodness...

Dear self,

Thank goodness you had the foresight to save that Halloween pattern activity from last year. It certainly made the afternoon go much faster. Just remember that the next time you consider pitching something rather than saving it. You never know when it might come in handy. I suppose, though, that is why you have so much stuff packed into every corner of your classroom. And perhaps why you can't park in your garage. All of those things saved for "...maybe I will use this someday." However, today was proof that sometimes you do actually put that stuff to use!
